Position Overview

State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Our top sales performers have two qualities that set them apart from all others and allow them to create exponentially higher monthly commissions
- They have a process of relentless follow up with prospects that extends over time.
- They utilize social media to reach out to leads sources and develop relationships with related businesses and potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
